Sony TRV22?

I would like some people's opinions about some digital camcorders. I'm ready to buy one but want more information from people who actually have these cameras. I have already researched options and am leaning towards last year's model, the Sony TRV22, which I can get for $499.

Priorities:
1. Durability
2. Price (has to be less than $500)
3. Picture quality (including low light)
4. Has to have analog-digital capability

The TRV22 has a 1/4" CCD compared to 1/6" on the newer Sonys, Canon's, or Panasonics in this price range. The manual controls kind of suck on the TRV but it has much better low light video quality and a little better quality in full light too. At this point I'm mainly comparing the Sony TRV22, Canon ZR80 and ZR85, and Panasonic GS14. Opinions? Thanks in advance.
