Hi
I have been trying out my ripping on a RW disk, I used cloneDVD2, there was an image on the disk and I tried to overwrite it, clonedvd2 said: erasing image, and that killed the disc, the disc is erased, but it is not recognised now even by Nero. Is there a way to reformat it so the prog can write to it?, this is the second disc it has happened to.

What brand of disc is it?? By chance is it Memorex RW? There are many problems with Memorex media at present time. Thats why I asked. If Nero won't see it for a full format, you might be out of luck. Try using it to copy another DVD with CloneDVD. If it works, then erase it with Nero. If not its probably done. It has to be recognized to be formated.
