I dunno whether this may have been covered somewhere else; if so I appologize. What I wanted to know is what is the most simplistic or user friendly program to use to back up dvds without a lot of hassle.

well i use DVD Shrink which i think is very easy to use as it does everything right in one program and it is free to download from the software section on this site.

I also use DVD Shrink in conjunction with Nero 6 Ultra. This combination does everything for me that I need it to. I have DVD X Copy Platinum, but rarely use it anymore. I like the interface of Shrink better (and the price!*free*). Good Luck!
