Hi,

You already have all the tools you need to burn discs! Decrypter can burn ISOs and Nero will handle files and ISO's.

Are they not working properly for you? Do you need a bit of help getting them to work? We're here for you :)

As far as a freeware burning app, there is DeepBurner which will handle DVDs, though I haven't personally used it so I can't really attest as to how well it works. Here's a link:

D'oh! I forgot your other question.

The format you use pretty much depends on the devices you'll be playing them on. Some players can be fussy, others will play anything you stuff in them. RW's cause the most problems with compatibility. Here's a link where you can check out what your particular player prefers:

Hope this helps :)

Here're some very good guides to help you.

Decrypter:

Shrink:

Take your time, follow the guides and you should have a good start. If you run into any snags - ask away!
