i keep getting a pop-up that says there are no files to extract when i want to download the shrink dvd v 3.1 and some of the other softwares to convert my divx to dvd. what can i do??

May I suggest...
That you try downloading a downloading accelorator...
like Godzilla...

I'm having a similar problem but I can't download any programs with the url: "ftp:......"
I'm trying to fix it...
