I am new at this. How do I burn a downloaded video file from a peer sharing network to a dvd. I have a dvd-r. What software do I need? Please help.

AVI to MPEG with TMPGEnc then MPEG2 complint to VOB's with TMPGEnc DVD Author, burn to disc -
