Use DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter. Both free here. Print and read quides. Thats how I do it with no problems.

There are a number of very good guides present on this forum. All extremely well written & easy to follow.

Just click on the tab "guides" at the top of this page.

It is probably easiest to try the DVDshrink guides, as the programme is free & very easy to use for a newcomer.
