I would like to know as to which software is the best to view a DVD movie on a PC.

PS: I have heard about PowerDVD or Dell media experience. What else is out there and what is the best?

I like PowerDVD myself, but have also used WinDVD which is good too. Those are the two best, most full-featured apps in my opinion :)
