How do i find out what firmware i'm using and how can i flash it if an update is needed? I apologize if i overlooked a thread which answers this. thanks for any help.

Abit Ai7 mobo
intel P4 2.8 533 fsb
1024mb RAM (pc 2700)
geforce fx 5200
