Why can't I burn 700MB movies in 700MB cds with Nero?

I can't burn the movies I downloaded with Nero!!
Even if their size is 700MB (or less) when I try to burn them onto a 700MB cd Nero says that it's not enough space on the disc: that's impossible!!
I also tried to zip the movies, but this process often doesn't reduce enough the size of the movies.

What can I do?
