i burned dynasty warriors 2 using alcohol 120% at 2x speed and when i play the game its in black and white. Anyone have this problem ?

If the game is NTSC , and you are wanting to run the game on a UK console, then it'll be black and white as it is, to get around this you can easily pick up a scart lead for about £5 here in the UK (I think).

the game is PAL and your trying to play it on a NTSC console so if you want it to work you just have too patch the file.

its scph-50001 and i boot up games normally except for backed up ps1 games which i have to hold power button till blue light on eject comes on

If you have a PAL backup and you're trying to run on that NTSC machine, you will either need to patch the backup to run NTSC , use a PAL/NTSC signal convertor, or get yourself a 16-bit pack of crayons.
