DVIX OR XVID BETTER cause i just reencoded something and dvix was better. When i reencoded with xvid lots andlots of pixels were there buit when i used dvix it was much better but guys all say the xvid is much better WHICH ONE IS IT?????

doom9 have put together a great codec comparison test covering all the latest codecs, you might wanna take a look at it

i think its your settings.check your settings. and you may have my problem, of using xvid decoder in 16 bit colour monitor. try viewing in 24 bit.
