DV Camera DVL367 Pictures from Memory to PC using USB

I have the Camera DVL367. I wanna get the Pictures from the Memorycard to the PC by using a USB- cable.
I think I need some software to do that.
And I think there still is a problem, because I only have an Win98 on a Intelceleron 500-PC without Firewire or any other special ports.

I would really like to know how it works.
Hope you can help me!
