Hi steff155, You didn't give much information on what didn't work. But a firmware check and upgrade is always good. Check this site.

The Pioneer a05/105 DVD-R(RW) is a minus R format writer only...


Try using DVD-R (-RW) media instead of +R... hope this helped [lol] !! ;-)
