Can "Intervideo DVD Copy v1.2" save trancoded files to a folder ??

I tried to save trancoded files to a folder while using "Intervideo DVD Copy v1.2" . So far, all I got was an empty folder . Apparently, "Intervideo DVD Copy v1.2" could only save trancoded files to a DVD burner ( i.e. burn to a DVD disc ) . Please confirm if this is true ?
