Problems ripping certain DVDs

Hello all, I've had great success backing up my DVDs so far. (I use a Pioneer A04). But recently I've run into problems with a few DVD's. I'm trying to use DVD Decrypter in file mode to rip the DVD but certain ones give me ASPI errors and DVD Decrypter craps out. The movies are: Dogma, Shallow Hal, and Three Kings. I've played them in my settop player and they work fine so I don't think there is a problem with the DVD. Has anyone else experienced problems with any of these movies? I just got SmartRipper, so should I try ripping them with that program? Any help would be appeciated. Thanks!
