access violation at address 0046d7f9 in module dvd43_tray.exe. REad of address 00000000. Ive burned 10 or so movies without a hitch using dvdxcopy platinum rf v. 4 0 4 15 and also dvdxcopy xpress v. 3 2 1 0.The movie im trying to burn is the first Matrix. Also when i activate either program they both just freeze up and nada. The dvd43 icon turns yellow with red eyes but never green. I installed antivirus software, the free stuff from microsoft update cd thinking this was the problem , but i uninstalled it and still no results. Everything burns without a hitch....any ideas? thanx in advance
