X-Box Live w/ Speedsteam 5100???

Anyone using SBC Yahoo to run their X-Box live with a Speedstream 5100 modem? I know the X-Box site says they have tested the home portal & 5360, and when I got a hold of SBC they first said the Speedstream 5100 would work. Then he back pedaled and said they recommend the 5360 or home portal but that they have got no complaints about the 5100. I also got another answer from another SBC rep over the phone. Thanks for the help, I don't own an X-box yet, but I don't want to pay $150 just for another modem either.
