Hello,
I just ordered my first modchip, a Xecuter 2.3b Lite plus.
It hasn't come yet, but I'm already nervous & doing as much research as I can.

I have a good link to installation instructions with pictures...but I'm still clueless on "Flashing the chip".

Can somebody give me a link to details about that, or just flat out tell me all they know? It would be soooo much appreciated! :)

you can get ALL the software from http://www.teamxecuter.com EXCEPT the BIOS itself

you need to get that from somewhere else but i cant tell you where(forum rules)

o and once you get the chip flashed you should get a dashbaord put on it, I do the FTP method but most noobs do the autoinstall method.
