I usually convert my AVIs to DVD using Toast Titanium 6. However, I've come across a bit of a glitch. With my latest AVIs the file sizes are quite large, so when I Toast to encode and burn to DVD, Toast says there isn't enough room on the DVD, and so the encoding stops. How do I get around this? Is there a way of encoding to DVD without using Toast initially, and then burning to DVD? I used BitVice (which took ages - over 24 hours) to create an m2v file and aif file, both of which will fit onto a DVD disc. But how do I convert this to a DVD movie??

Am I tackling this the wrong way?
