Hope this was the right place to post. I've been ripping for a short time and have no problems, but now I was wondering if it is possible to rip a DVD and then just burn certain chapters?

I have various films that I want to try and make a compilation dvd of my favorite horror scenes so I'd like to pull out certain chapters. I don't care if there are no scene selection or menus.

A very worthy endeavor indeed!

You can do this using the Start/Stop feature in DVD Shrink. Here's a link to a neat guide for doing that:
