Looks great, but looks like it plays like butt with on-screen controls. Some Most games were designed for a controller or a mouse(+keyboard). This is one of those games.

It would be a lot better if there was a way to use tilt-motion control instead of having to press virtual arrow keys. This is where we will see the difference between the HP tablet and the iPad. The Windows based devices will allow for USB periperals, making emulation much more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the emulator app is not available to the public yet, and will likely need your iPad to be jailbroken.
I totally like where the guy says "install a build of snes4iphone made specifically for non-jailbroken iDevices"
Then whomever posted the story added: "Unfortunately, the emulator app is not available to the public yet, and will likely need your iPad to be jailbroken."
Did you bother reading the article? lol

Can you explain to me how the public will get the app then, as Apple certainly does not allow SNES emulators in the official store. I'll wait.

The SNES had more than just a D-PAD; it had 4 control buttons on the face plus two triggers. I'm sure the iPad can't reproduce this very well no matter what they do. The only way I could see this being playable is if they let you use a DS3 or something...but then you are lugging around a phone, a tablet, and a DS3 everywhere you go!
