When every i am trying to record real time useing vegas 4 my computer keeps crashing. Could some one please advise me if this a problem with vegas 4 or hardware problem. The problem only happens when i trying record real time if i record onto a tape and caputure it i do not have this same problem.

Would really appreciate some help

Are you trying to record audio or video? What type of a hardware configuration are you using? Are there any other programs running at the same time?
