Solved my cyberhome problems

I was having the typical cyberhome problems of not being able to open the disk tray and was very unhappy with cyberhome. How did I get happy now. I find that all problems were caused by the dvd+rw's I was using. I now use only memorex DVD+RW's and unit seems to work just fine. Don't know why but I will only use them from now on and no, I don't have any memorex connection. I only know it works for me and has solved most all of my DVD recording problems. Just thought others would be interested because I know how bad things can get when you are ready to pull your hair out. Let me know if I solved your problems.
