I have a MATSHITA CDRW/DVD UJDA740 and is it capable of doing this.Will it work with alcohol 120% or blindwrite?

I've not seen your drive on any of the 2-sheep lists but you can run some tests to verify if your burner is. Here's a link:

I'm a big BlindWrite5 fan but Alcohol 120% is a very good app as well :)

1. I dont think its a 2-sheep burner
2. Alcohol120 for SafeDisc2/3 and BlindWrite for SecureROM

:)

Note that many protection schemes are hardware dependent.

i passed the test.But when i try to copy a cd with blindwrite or alcohol it keeps saying error reading sector 817 and it stays at 1% copyed?

If your backing up Safedisc 2/3x cd protection it is common to encounter read errors m8, so ignore them. Use A-Ray Scanner and scan the cd's to determine what cd protection you're backing up.

I backed up europa 1400 which is securom new 4 without any problums.Then i tryed to backup anno 1503 which is safedisc 2 and after a half hour it was on 1%?

Enable option "ignore read errors" m8. After you get past 3%= smooth sailin' :)On Safedisc 2\3x cd protection, there are "bad sectors" found between sectors 1-10,500. Sometimes there are bad sectors found at the tail end of Safedisc 2\3.x as well.
