Hello,
I'm ripping about 5 chapters of a movie to burn to a dvd to be used for testing of audio/video equipment. The beginning of the video is fine. But after a few minutes, you notice that there is a slight video/audio syncing problem with the video ending up being about .5 second ahead of the audio.
Any ideas? Here are some of the things I've done:

1. Used both original DVD in drive as well as a ripped version (whole movie) on hdd.
2. Have used DVD Audio Extractor, DVD Audio Ripper and the Stream Processing feature of SmartRipper to get audio tracks. Saved audio as ac3 and also Linear PCM wav.
3. Used SmartRipper to rip the chapters I want from the VOB files.
4. Used both TMPGEnc Plus and TMPGEnc DVD Author to recode and combine the video and audio.
