While there are daily rumors about the upcoming Droid Xtreme and Droid 2 devices, Verizon has not forgot about the original Motorola Droid device, which the carrier says still has excellent sales. When I got mine it was $130 BOGO...seems like they raised the price. No mail-in rebate, just $130 BOGO.
