Toshiba Corp. announced on Thursday that it will launch a 128-gigabyte embedded NAND flash memory module designed for application in a wide range of digital consumer products, including smartphones, tablet PCs and digital video cameras.

Agreed, at least in the near term. Give it about 2 years and some saturation in the market, combine with a little of supply and demand, then you'll see prices go down. I see this viable in late 2011-mid 2012 at the earliest, mainly for compatibility of cell phones, PMPs, flash drives, etc.
