Problems ripping Temple Of Doom to HDD

Hey,

I've been given the Indiana Jones Trilogy DVD Box set and want to make backups of the 3 movies to use instead of the originals.

Ripped Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade fine using DVD Shrink but Temple of Doom DVD always crashes.
So I tried ripping it on another PC, thinking my DVD-ROM drive might be faulty, but had the same result.
Next I tried using DVD Decryptor and it has errors.
Then tried CladDVD and had problems again.

So I managed to get another copy of Temple Of Doom from a mate and had exactly the same problem so I know there's nothing wrong with the disc.
The DVD is a Region 4 if that makes any difference.
It always seems to crash at the same point, about 200MB into the 4th VOB file of the main movie.

Anyone else had similar probs with Temple Of Doom DVD??
