If you are socialist rulers (dictators), then you must keep the masses uneducated. Internet knows all-Oz.

Every well educated society will ultimately end with some form of peoples' representative government. Just in the last 200 years, how many Kings in Europe, still actually rule their country. A perfect example. North Korea vs South Korea - both populaces the same genetically.
