Porn sites to get .xxx domain soon?

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has approved the motion forward for a .xxx top-level domain for porn sites today, passing the decision on to the ICANN Governmental Advisory Committee which has final say.
However, adds ICANN spokesman Brad White: "The board approved the movement forward on .xxx, but .xxx itself has not been approved."

i just wish i could look at a porn site without my computer getting fulled with spyware,viruses and malware.havnt seen any porn in years.last time i looked at some computer was hi jacked and needed reformatting and it was my mums computer and she wasn't meant to know i was looking at porn.
custom built gaming pc from early 2010,ps2 with 15 games all original,ps3 500gbs with 5 games all original,yamaha amp and 5.1channel surround sound speakers,46inch sony lcd smart tv.

so much for the commercial domain. we should have a .game .antigov .freemusic .WTFOMGBBQ too. a .afterdawn wouldn't hurt either.
it does make it easier to block the domain now, Pakastain Should be happy now. Easier censorship for those too lazy to filter.

That is odd; most porn sites are not viral these days. You might get a virus from a joke site, a corporate website, or even afterdawn...but it is rare to get them from porn sites.

well for starters it was about 4 years ago.second im not a 7 year old kid im 25.plus the computer i was using didnt have any pop up blockers or antivirus.a website called megaporn (which i got to through a google search) took over the computer.

That is odd; most porn sites are not viral these days. You might get a virus from a joke site, a corporate website, or even afterdawn...but it is rare to get them from porn sites.
I agree, my neighbor watches them 24/7, he can't even upgrade properly as he askes me to help him all the time, I don't know if he is just lucky or these porn sites are truly becoming crap free.
