Nero and WMA Problem

Ok, I bought a song from buymusic.com, and it is protected, but I do have a limited number of times that I can copy the song to disk.

With Nero 6, I get the error message:
"Some files could not be added"

I go to buymusic.com help, and they say to copy from WMP to CD, so I try and do that with the Nero plug-in, and I get the error message:
"The Nero Fast Burning CD PLug-In is not running. Reactivate the plug-in, etc."
Of course, reactivating the plug-in gives me the exact same error message.

I then went to Nero and downloaded two plug-in's (thinking that maybe I did not have them):
Nero WMA Plug-In
WMP Plug-In 2093

Well, I still cannot copy this song. Everything else works fine. I followed buymusic's instructions exactly, but it seems that my Nero plug-in is not working in WMP.

Any idea's?
