The Installation Program has not been found?

Please, anyone, answer this qustion for me!
I am trying to install a KODAK CD-R, Ultima 80, 700 MB, in my Windows XP. To install I went to Start, Control Panel, Add new Programs, Inserted my disc, and waited. In a minute I see a "Cannot find the Installation Program" and I am givin the option to browse manually. However there is nothing to find when you browse and the CD-R will never be installed. This is very important to me becuase I have to do my course work for school. I have tried going back and then clicking next to retry but that never works. If you know the answer or if you want to give me a installation program, I would appreciate it. Thanks for reading this question.
