Google has launched the App Inventor this week, a tool that will given anyone the chance to create apps for Android phones. The software tool is in beta, and Google Labs has created videos and screenshots to help new users. "To use App Inventor, you do not need to be a developer. That is rather cool; assuming it does anything useful.

Nevermind; I installed their little app and set everything up like their guide said, then I went to start writing an app, and came to a page saying that I could not write an app because I hadn't been approved. Nice one google...very funny making me install that crap just to send me to a page that says I can't use any of it.
