Problem in converting XviD to m2v, m2p

Hiya all,
I do know how to convert an XviD file to m2v and m2p and I did it some times and it worked fine. But now, I got a problem. I've got a movie encoded with XviD4 codecs and mp3 concerning the audio.
And here is the problem: the final audio file (I think m2p) is readable but empty!! There's just no sound, nothing at all. I really don't understand. I checked with AVICodec and the audio is in mp3 and nothing else so why TMPGEnc doesn't convert correctly the audio?
Please help me.
