my original xbox hdd says that it is only 4.8gb.I thought that the standard size was 8gb. is this correct or what. i have the very 1st xbox v1.0

i'm nt sure about the first xbox's but yeah 8 gigs is standard but some xbox's have 10 gigs like mine did :)

where are you seeing 4.8gb? Cause with the original hdd, that's about right for the f: partition.
