hi i jest got a seagate 120gb harddrive and installed in my xbox and it is not working or i got the dvds with firefucker 101 and put it in and it gave me error 13
i put the disk in and out several times and still
i went to xbox-scene.com and looked on swaping harddrives
with evox and did not work
i have a evox m7 noin or something i flashed it from firefuckers
p.s i also tried flashing my xbox and did not work and tryed slayer

i got it working
i got fedup and i now i shouldent but i loaded the dash and stuff on my retail and switched and i got it working and i formated my drive and yaaaaaaaaa

glad u got it sorted, btw if you LOCK the hdd (using config magic or whatever) its a good idea to write down the password, cos if anything should happen to your xbox motherboard, the hdd would be a paperweight, as the xbox mobo that locked it, would be the one needed to unlock it (eprom) UNLESS you have the password, then there are ways around it.
