Kazaa seems to lock up my computer frequently when I try to use AOL to access other sites. It used to be when I rebooted and re-connected to Kazaa, the downloads that were in progress at the time of the lock-up appeared and continued along. Now they all disappear. Is there any way around this?

You could try and make a backup copy of the .dat file that they place in your shared folder everytime you'd reboot. Then if the original went missing, no harm done, just put in the backup!
