I Can't get any picture(DVAVI-MPEG2) PAL.

Hello!

I have edited and made an microsoft DV-AVI clip (PAL) that I want to put on a DVD.

I use TMPGEnc 2.521.
I choose DVD-PAL(16:9, because the AVI. clip is widescreeen) and CBR mpeg-1 layer II Audio (Mp2).
Then I choose the videofile and on "Aspect ratio:" - 16:9 625 line (PAL), I've also tried 16:9 Display.
In "Other settings" - Advanced I choose No margin (keep aspect ratio) in the "Video arrange method".
The average video bitrate is set to 7993 kbits/sec automatically (I've also tried 8000 kbits).
Ok now it has encoded it but there is sound but no picture and after I installed PowerDVD 5 none of the media-players(win.mediaplayer, realplayer) will open the file they just shut down and an error message pops up.

If somone knows a better way to convert DV-AVI to mpeg2(DVD-format) please let me know.
