Here is my set up:

comp#1 AMD2600+, 1gb ddr333, 9600pro All in wonder
comp#2 AMD2500+, 512 ddr333, onboard video, leadtek winfast 2000xp deluxe cap card

What I am trying to do is capture game hq game footage being played on comp#1 with comp#2. I originally tried to use software video capture (ie fraps, capture solutions, and others), however the fps hit was too much too play the game and capture.

I then tried to enable the svideo out on the 9600pro AIW as a second monitor and transfer it to comp#2 via s-video cable. This relieved the fps hit, but the resolution is horrible. I've tried overscan, decreasing comp#1's res to 800X600 while upping comp2's capture to 640x480 and DVD quality.

Any ideas? If there is a vid cap card that supports a DB-15 jack where can I find it and would it help.

Terry
