T-Mobile has announced today that it has expanded its HSPA+ data network to nine new cities, making it available to over 100 million Americans. The new markets are: Boston, Mass.; Erie, Penn.; Fresno, Palm Springs and San Diego, Calif.; Miami, Fla.; Richmond, Va.; Spokane, Wash.; and Topeka, Kan. Would be nice if the iPhone could use this. T-Mobile has great plans for the price but a poor selection of phones.

It would be nice if they actually allowed phones to use this speed; T-Mobile customers don't even get the speeds that current phones & towers support, why should we trust that a faster theoretical speed will translate to faster connections?
