Apple was busy today during their highly-anticipated September 1st media event, revealing a new Apple TV, new iPods, iTunes 10 and a music discovery system dubbed Ping.
Following months of speculation, CEO Steve Jobs unveiled the latest generation iPod Touch, which is slimmed down and includes "Retina Display," the high resolution display found on the iPhone 4.

The new Nano is a downgrade in my opinion. Most people use them for jogging or working out. A tiny touchscreen looks like it would be pretty annoying doing those activities.
Maybe within the next 2yrs they will have a 128GB iPod Touch and then I can finally get rid of my classic.
No wonder they were giving away free ipod touch with every macbook pro sold. They are getting rid of their stock for putting the new ones on the shelf!
