in ifoedit im trying to split the dvd but every time i try it ends up doing all the files in one location and i notice the every episode starts with chapter 1-8
there isn't a 1 to 24 can someone please help me

Have you considered DVD Shrink? Using Re-author you can select chapter begin and end numbers.
