Problem with Ripitall

Hi all
I am a beginner in dvd ripping and i have been reading alot about how this is done and started using Ripitall wich worked fine for the first film (after few adjustmennt - 2 or 3 days work). To day I was ripping das boot and when it had done ripping the audio and was starting to compile I got the message that no audio.wav was found althoug the audifile was at the right place with the right name. Could it be because the file was rather large 2.2 gb. I have plenty of diskspace and p4 1.6 ghz with windows xp
