Hey there gamers. I wanna get the Matrix Infinity modchip for my V4 system but I have some issues. I read in the description of the chip that the PS1 antimod games will only not be detected if you have a V9-V10 system. Why the heck wont earlier version systems be also anti mod game proof? Also, my system is a NTSC US system and I want to play some PAL PS2 games(Backups also) that never made it here to the states. Will this Chip do that? You know, convert the PAL games with full color and centered screen. Any help would be appreciated. I'm sick and tired of my No Solder chip and using the swap magic discs because my DVD disc gives me errors allot when booting DVD games. I'm wanna get a no swap chip.

For what you say you want from the chip, I would say go with DMS3. The new 2.2 firmware fixes the color for you and PAL games so thta you dont have to patch them. As of now the Matrix Infinity can not do that.
