Appears that you may have a bad batch of media.
What brand & format are you using.
Use Nero to show who's media manufacturer.

It says in the log the media manufacturer and type, Ricoh is usually ok. Is this a Memorex 4X +R?

6:37:45 PM #9 Text 0 File DlgWaitCD.cpp, Line 2085
Recorder: HP DVD Writer 300c, Media type: DVD+R
Disc Manufacturer ID: RICOHJPN, Media Type ID: R01, Product revision number: 2
Disc Application Code: 0, Extended Information Indicators: 0

Your Nero version is a not the newest so you may want to upgrade. The new version of Burning ROM is 6.3.1.10

You also need to enable your DMA in device manager:

CdRomPeripheral : HP DVD Writer 300c atapi Port 1 ID 0 DMA: Off
CdRomPeripheral : SAMSUNG CD-ROM SC-148C atapi Port 1 ID 1 DMA: Off

DMA is enabled on your hard drive. Enabling DMA on your drives will help your processing speed.

Your problem can usually be solved by removing and re-installing Nero or at least running the Driver Cleaner and Registry Checker, tools in Nero's Clean Pack:
http://www.nero.com/en/631938356417810.html

Sometimes removing or adding programs, moving folders around, etc does something to Nero. I find that registry checker helps a lot.

Cheers,
Frank
