According to multiple sources, HBO is set to launch a 3D on-demand channel in the Q1 2011. HBO has not officially announced the channel, but a service spokesperson confirmed the plans. Furthermore, the channel will launch with a world premiere of a 3D version of the blockbuster Inception. For now, Warner Bros. says there are no plans for an Inception 3D conversion. i can see it now ,loads of cheap 3d ports much like the old movies that have been re-released in hd to try to cash in on the market

Wouldn't ya think they would wait for more 3d TV's to be sold? Doesn't seem like that many have been sold yet...Least nobody I know has bought the special glasses only 3d crap out there yet.
