Flip Top / Swap Magic 3.2 with DVD Rips

Will a flip top with swap magic 3.2 play a dvd rip I've downloaded online? I really want to go with a non-solder mod solution, but I need to be able to play dvd rips.

Assuming this rip is of a game you own a copy of and that you just didnt have the required skills to make a proper dvdrip backup. then you need to do this:
boot up with swap magic, use either breaker pro or ARMAX as a TOC disk, then load up your rip.
