Hi
I used to get good speed when downloading from p2p and bit torremt sites ( 512 broadband )
But since i had to reinstall windows after a crash , im really struggled to get a decent speed.
When surfing the web im OK but downloading is a different story.

Can any one plz point me in the right direction with this?
