dvd rip problem

I have been ripping DVD's with smart ripper, this has been unlocking all the files and has been works perfectly for about 50 DVD I have ripped, but i just got this music DVD and it wont unlock one of the files (it is a .BUP file), but I ripped it anyway. I opened the .IFO file in flaskmpeg to encode the video, but the audio is unavailable, the video is fine but it can?t seem to process the audio. I also tried DVD2AVI and it doesn?t demux any audio files at all. I have a feeling that it is the ripping of the DVD. Could any of you guys suggest a program to get around this problem?

Try DVD Decrypter to rip?

I tried DVD Decryptor there was no files locked, when i ripped the DVD it said "DVD rip successfully", but with opening it with flaskmpeg or DVD2AVI it still wont process the audio.

Any more ideas?
